It’s the month of March and buyers are keeping me busy looking at lakefront real estate. The feeling from these people is that the bottom has come and the time to buy is this spring! In addition to that the cost of owning a second home is the best deal in decades.
– Assessors have tax assessments down
– Mortgage rates are the lowest in decades
– Listings inventories are still good
– Sellers are motivated
