Before you make a decision that you are locked into for 6 months, take a look at their website. Today’s real estate buyer’s are looking online for their new home, you can count on it. Even if they drive by and see the property for sale, you can bet they are going home to show their husband, wife, kids, friends, and business associates. They will do so through use of the internet.
